The bottle cleaning process involves pre-soaking, alkaline cleaning, and chlorine dioxide disinfection. The challenge is dosing enough chlorine dioxide for reliable disinfection while keeping costs and corrosion low. Process fluctuations, like temperature and flow changes, downtimes, and pressure peaks, complicate measurement. High dirt loads can contaminate sensors, leading to incorrect measurements, high costs, and risks to people and machines.
